Scripts ("we", "our", or "us") is a keyboard app that lets you save and insert text templates from any app on your iPhone. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to provide the app:

Purchase & subscription data — When you purchase Scripts Pro, transaction information is processed by Apple and managed by RevenueCat, our subscription infrastructure provider. We receive anonymized subscription status (active/inactive) to unlock Pro features. We do not store your payment details.
Templates you create — The templates you write are stored entirely on your device using local storage. We do not upload or access your templates.

2. Keyboard & Keystrokes

The Scripts keyboard extension does not log, transmit, or store any keystrokes or text you type in other apps. The keyboard only inserts pre-written templates that you have explicitly saved. We have no access to anything you type on your device.

The Scripts keyboard requests Full Access solely to sync your saved templates from the main app into the keyboard extension via a shared on-device container. No data leaves your device.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party service:

RevenueCat — Manages in-app subscriptions and purchase restoration. RevenueCat receives an anonymized app user ID and your subscription status. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

We do not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or tracking frameworks.

4. Data Sharing & Sale

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

5. Data Retention

All templates and app data are stored locally on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the app. Subscription records managed by RevenueCat are retained per their data retention policy.

6. Children's Privacy

Scripts is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
